Peru HIV/AIDS Program

The Community REACH – a Pact program – funds HIV/AIDS prevention and care and support grants worldwide through a Leader Cooperative Agreement between Pact, Inc. and USAID’s Office of HIV/AIDS. Community REACH awards grants that broadly fall into three categories: Prevention and education; Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) and; Care and support for those living with and affected by HIV/AIDS. Considering Pact’s accumulated experience and knowledge in HIV/AIDS programming, USAID extended its existing partnership with Pact for the development of an innovative HIV/AIDS prevention program to respond to the epidemic reality in Peru and Pact Brasil is responsible for this program implementation.
